Automatic .Machine is heavy duty industrial machine, sanitary design, for filling Ayran food, juices…etc
The movement of all parts generated from an electrical servo- motor that transfer the motion to gear box located in machine bottom , Filling of 4 cups at one stage circular plate moved into different filling stages and up to cups sealing , machine will stop in case of no cup ,no alum-lid.
CIP system: machine built in compliance with the international dairy and food hygiene standards as all parts in contact with product are CIP cleanable , the machine also compliances with the latest EU safety standards .

ï Dropping of the plastic cups.
ï UV sterilization for the cups prior filling.
ï Filling of the material depending piston filler vis
