Technologies used also contribute to the quality of the final product . Flexibility of the machine will also helps to produce more product’s verities with different cups.
-Made of stainless steel 316 for the surface with direct contact with food.
– Other parts ( table , structure , conveyers ) are made of stainless steel 304
-60-80 liter Vessel and cover along with other parts that are in direct contact with food is made of 316L stainless steel.
– Machine production capacity up 3800-4600 package / hour .
– Product feeding to vessel is done by stainless steel special pump

– working steps
1. Feeding of empty bags done manually placing them on a 1.5 m special handle
2. Empty bags inter the rotation table automatically
3. Machine inject nitrogen gas inside the bags
4. Product Filling conducted by filling piston servo motor .
5. Caps loaded from the funnel by rotating conveyor and arranged open and screws down ,then move until to be placed on Bags top) ,( additional funnel for second cover diameter manual changeable)

6. Machine moves filled bags to capping unite for capping tighten by 5 screws servo motors
7. Filled bags Exit via conveyer .

– Packages filling volume range 50-250 ml according customer needs
– Covers used for capping can be two diameters ( additional capping kit for second cover diameter manual changeable ).
-PLC control system with touch screen..
-PVC cabin for protection of the machine from the surrounding atmosphere.
