working steps :
– Cup Dropping Station:
ï The cups are put into the cupís stand by hands.
ï The cups are sucked by vacuum then they are put into the main rotating table.
– Filling Station:
– The Filling mechanism which is used is the Piston Filler.
– There are safety sensors to check the existence of the cups, so if the machine doesnít take the cup, it will not fill.
– – Precut Aluminum Foil butting Station:
ï The foils are put into the Aluminum foils stand by the operator hands.
ï The machine will automatically suck the foils by means of vacuum and transfer them to the top of the cups which.
ï There are safety sensors to check the existence of the Foils, so if the machine has not put the foils, it will stop.
ï – Aluminum Foil Sealing Station:
ï The sealing action occurs by means of an electrical resentence.
If there is no foil sensor see that and no sealing. – Transparent Plastic Cover Station:
– The covers are put into the stand by the operator hands.
– The machine will automatically suck the covers by means of vacuum and transfer them to the top of the cups
– Exit:
ï Exit conveyor.
